Terrence "Moose" Lee Savage of Eudora, Kansas passed away at his home, March 14, 2017. He was born on December 16, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona. He served in the Untied States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his children Sabrina Stancell of Sacramento, California, Michelle Williams of Lawrence, Kansas and Forrest Savage of Prairie Village, Kansas. Moose was an advocate for homeless relief efforts as well as an advocate for Native American Rights. He attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and was a motorcycle enthusiast and a huge basketball fan. He also enjoyed summer Bbqs and cooking in general. He enjoyed spending time with his family an friends and most of all telling jokes and making others smile. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 from 6-8 pm. Friends who are interested in attending are more than welcome to attend to share favorite Moose stories. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are asked to be sent to the Lawrence Community Shelter.
